DMCA Policy

Galeria Svalleoriente respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users and contributors to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures regarding copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

As a platform discussing home design, furnishings, and decor, we understand the importance of original content. We are committed to protecting creators’ work and removing infringing material promptly when notified correctly.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content published on Galeria Svalleoriente infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all the following elements to be considered valid.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include specific information.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Galeria Svalleoriente may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Send your counter-notification to [email protected]. We will forward valid counter-notifications to the party who filed the original claim. We may restore the content after 10 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

Galeria Svalleoriente maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. Users found to have repeatedly uploaded or posted infringing material may have their access to our services suspended or terminated.

We reserve the right to remove any content without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
